Opal Divine was my grand-mother's name. She was a woman who enjoyed good music, good friends, good drink and a good card game. In honor of her we bring to you Opal Divine's Austin Grill. Please enjoy this establishment with the same spirit for which she lived. -Susan Parker, Proprietor

Opal uses fresh natural ingredients produced locally

All locations serve natural burgers and chicken breasts & cook with only trans-fat free oils.

Opal's strives to use as many local and natural ingredients as possible. Some of our products include locally raised natural chicken from East Poultry Co., Bratwurst from Smokey Denmark, and fresh roasted coffee from Texas Coffee Traders. Local desserts from Amy's Ice Cream and Capital Sweets. Fresh Bread from New World Bakery, chips and tortillas from El Lago. All of our burgers are made from antibiotic and added hormone free Coleman Natural Beef. Their cows are 100% vegetarian so you don't have to be!
